Program Changes and Course Cancellation

The National Institutes of Health Informatics (NIHI) reserves the right to: limit registration in this course; to make changes to any printed or online information on programs, instructors and course information; and to cancel this course for any reason, including enrolment does not reach the required minimum, or for other unavoidable factors. If this course is cancelled, all participants will be contacted via e-mail, telephone, or post mail before the course begins, and registration fees will be reimbursed in full.
 

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within 15 business days of session are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Cancellations made before 15 business days of session AND after 3 business days of the initial registration are eligible for a 50% refund only.

• Cancellations made before 15 business days of session AND within 3 business days of the intial registration are eligible for a full refund.

• All refunds are subject to an administrative fee.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to the NIHI Registrar.

• An alternate attendee may be substituted via the registration system or by emailing the NIHI registrar at no additional charge.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 7 weeks after the close of the course.   Participants will be requested to allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed.
